Description

Doug Blackwell - The Ins and Outs of the IRC Section 1031 Exchange (3-Hours Legal Issues) Students will gain a working knowledge of IRC Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.  They will be taught start to finish, ins and outs, whys and why nots as well as many popular strategies in this section of the IRS Tax Code.  This includes learning about examples, case study and practical implications so Realtors and Brokers can better work with and support real estate investor clientele.
