Accordingly\, the Department's policy is that a valid fingerprint clearance card is required for all holders of a license. To avoid suspension of your real estate license\, please ensure that you have on file with the Department a valid fingerprint clearance card. "We encourage all members to log in to their ADRE account and verify their card status\, especially if you are unsure when your card expires.
