DESCRIPTION:Maintaining a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card is a requirement of the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) for applicable licensees. This is not a CAAR requirement. However\, this event is a convenience for members who need to obtain or renew their card.To check the status of your Fingerprint Clearance Card:1. Go to https://ptl.az.gov/dre/#/login2. Sign in to your ADRE account.3. Click Manage My Fingerprint Clearance Card.This page will show you:Whether your card is currentThe issue dateThe expiration datePlease note that we do not have access to view your card's issue or expiration dates. It is each licensee's responsibility to monitor the status and expiration of their Fingerprint Clearance Card to ensure they remain in compliance with ADRE requirements.From the Arizona Association of Realtors "The Department of Real Estate has determined that actively monitoring criminal history records of real estate licensees through fingerprint clearance cards is reasonably necessary to protect the public and the real estate industry. Accordingly\, the Department's policy is that a valid fingerprint clearance card is required for all holders of a license. To avoid suspension of your real estate license\, please ensure that you have on file with the Department a valid fingerprint clearance card. "We encourage all members to log in to their ADRE account and verify their card status\, especially if you are unsure when your card expires.
