CHECKLIST FOR NEW MEMBERS

NOTE** If you are a current member of another association, please fill out the Secondary Membership Application. 

Please complete all the required forms and email any optional paperwork to admin@caaraz.com and allow 3-5 business days for processing. Applications may be expedited, within 24 hours, for an additional $150 fee. Upon submission of your application, please let us know your processing preference.

PLEASE NOTE: If your Broker does not hold a membership with CAAR, we require your Broker to apply. In addition, all new members are required to attend an In-Person New Member Orientation, within 90 days, of joining CAAR.

• RIM COUNTRY MLS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
• COPY OF REALTORS^® LICENSE- visit https://services.azre.gov/PdbWeb/ 

OPTIONAL FORMS (AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE)- Please email back to admin@caaraz.com

• Internet Data eXchange Agreement for Broker/Agent Website.
• IDX/Web API ADDENDUM: MLS AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE DATA FEEDS.

Select one option and return the completed form to CAAR for approval.

After the processing of your application and payment submission, we will forward your MLS login credentials to you.
