CHECKLIST FOR NEW MEMBERS

Please complete all the required forms and email any optional paperwork to admin@caaraz.com and allow 3-5 business days for processing. Applications may be expedited, within 24 hours, for an additional $150 fee. Upon submission of your application, please let us know your processing preference.

PLEASE NOTE: All new members including designated brokers are required to attend an In-Person New Member Orientation, within 90 days, of joining CAAR.

IDX/Web API ADDENDUM: MLS AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE DATA FEEDS.
